Description of Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Sorbate
Potassium Sorbate is used to inhibit molds and yeasts in many foods. Potassium Sorbate also increases shelf life.
Sodium Sorbate is an antimicrobial agent. Sodium Sorbate is often used as a preservative in food and drinks to prevent the growth of mold, yeast and fungi.
Potassium Sorbate and Sodium Sorbate are part of our flavor optimized line. This is a proprietary method of eliminating impurities in the products that cause off taste and odor.
