Descriptions
Monopotassium Phosphate (MKP) functions as a buffering agent, pH control agent and leavening agent in food products.
Dipotassium Phosphate (DKP) is an effective buffering agent and sequesterant for a variety of uses functioning as a balancing agent. DKP when used as a food additive or preservative is highly effective in preventing coagulation, and is commonly used in the non-dairy creamer market as a buffering agent.
Tripotassium Phosphate (TKP) is a water soluble ionic salt. It is used as a food additive due to its properties as an emulsifier, foaming agent, stabilizer and whipping agent.
