Descriptions
Monosodium phosphate (NaH2PO4) is a chemical compound of sodium with a phosphate counterion. Monosodium Phosphate in combination with other sodium phosphates is used as a pH buffer.
Disodium phosphate is sodium salt of orthophosphoric acid and is used as an antioxidant synergist, stabilizer and buffering agent in food.
Trisodium Phosphate is used as an acidity regulator (buffering agent), emulsifier, thickening agent, nutrition enlargement agent and sequestrant.
